After spending 12 years in the corporate world, I experienced what many high-achieving professionals go through chasing success while quietly feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from what truly mattered.
On the surface, everything looked right. I was building a successful career and meeting expectations. But deep inside, something didn’t feel aligned. The work I was doing no longer reflected my values, and I couldn’t imagine continuing on the same path for the rest of my life.
At the same time, I was raising my young son. My workdays often stretched to 14–16 hours, leaving very little time for my family. I had to rely on outside help to take care of him while I focused on work that I didn’t even feel deeply connected to anymore. That realization was painful because the one thing I truly valued was being present for my child and raising him to be a confident and emotionally aware individual.
What made it even harder was that at that time, I didn’t fully know what I truly valued or what direction I wanted to take. I just knew that the life I was living no longer felt aligned with who I wanted to be.
So I made a difficult decision.
Without having a clear plan for what would come next, I stepped away from my corporate career and began searching for something more meaningful something that aligned with my values, my purpose, and the kind of life I wanted to create for my family.
During that journey of reflection and exploration, coaching found me.
It immediately resonated with me because it allowed me to do something I deeply value -helping people pause, reflect, and create lives that truly align with what matters most to them.
Today, as an ICF-trained life coach, I work with high-achieving working parents who feel successful on the outside but overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. Through my coaching framework, I help them create meaningful success while staying present for their families.
Because I believe success should never come at the cost of your values, your peace of mind, or your relationship with the people you love most.
